What is your church doing?
It is the primary duty of your church to give attention to the youth of your church. Not to entertain but to lead them. Not to work alone but helping them understand their responsibilities towards their church.
Pastor and Elders are called to train and help local lay youth leaders to discover ways mean of helping the youth of the church.
Training, winning, commissioning and holding the youth is the primary work of all Adventist churches worldwide. What is your church DOING?
If the youth are not taken care of by the church the world is ready to divide them up. But remember the world has neglected the world of GOD the BIBLE and the Seventh - day Adventist Youth ministry is based on the Biblical principles.
Our challenge today is to introduce our youth to Jesus who is as relevant and as needed in this eon as He was before.

DID YOU KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUTH MINISTRY IN YOUR CHURCH?
All Adventist churches should have a youth program which is active caring and having committed leadership;
- Winning back inactive youth, keep youth involved in church service and reaching out to youth and their families in the community.
- All find a team of leaders in your church willing to commit time and energy in building and monitoring youth programs.
- It is now coming to time of electing Leaders involve Adults who have a love for the Lord and for the youth and committed the youth to serving Jesus and their fellow young people “ This is Youth leadership”

Adventurer Directors and Pathfinder Directors are of equal importance as nominated to sit on church board and serve the church .The church elects the pathfinder director and adventurer director .They are responsible to the church board NOT to the Youth Leader.
Find out whether Youth ministry in your church is luck, gap, mismatch or a potential.
Should all that are concerned with Youth work together, harmoniously, should meet together to plan activities that will complement father than complete with one another.
